Scope of Application

All services and offers provided by Arena Hostel Hamburg are subject
exclusively to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed.

The currently published prices and conditions apply.
For bookings made via external booking platforms such as Hostelworld
or similar providers, their booking and cancellation policies also apply.

Our house rules as well as regulations regarding liability,
youth protection and data privacy also apply.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are generally made online and become binding once a written
booking confirmation has been sent via email.

Any payments already made will be refunded accordingly.

In the case of late cancellation or no-show,
the agreed accommodation price may still be charged.

Deposit & Payment

Arena Hostel Hamburg may request a deposit of 25%
or the full accommodation amount before arrival.

During trade fairs, major events or Hamburg school holidays,
full prepayment may be required.

If payment is not received on time,
we reserve the right to release the reservation.

Liability

Arena Hostel Hamburg is liable within the legal framework
for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Guests are responsible for damages caused to the building,
inventory or lost keys during their stay.

Theft and intentional property damage will be reported to the authorities.

House Rules & Check-in

Other arrival times are possible upon prior arrangement.

In the event of violations of the house rules,
Arena Hostel Hamburg reserves the right to terminate the stay.

Youth Protection

Guests under the age of 18 may only stay
when accompanied by a responsible adult.

The accompanying adult must also stay at the hostel.

Privacy Policy

Personal data will only be stored and processed
for booking and internal administrative purposes.

Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
