Scope of Application<\/h2>\n

\n All services and offers provided by Arena Hostel Hamburg are subject
\n exclusively to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed.\n <\/p>\n

\n The currently published prices and conditions apply.
\n For bookings made via external booking platforms such as Hostelworld
\n or similar providers, their booking and cancellation policies also apply.\n <\/p>\n

\n Our house rules as well as regulations regarding liability,
\n youth protection and data privacy also apply.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Booking & Cancellation<\/h2>\n

\n Bookings are generally made online and become binding once a written
\n booking confirmation has been sent via email.\n <\/p>\n

\n Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.\n <\/div>\n

\n Any payments already made will be refunded accordingly.\n <\/p>\n

\n In the case of late cancellation or no-show,
\n the agreed accommodation price may still be charged.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Deposit & Payment<\/h2>\n

\n Arena Hostel Hamburg may request a deposit of 25%
\n or the full accommodation amount before arrival.\n <\/p>\n

\n During trade fairs, major events or Hamburg school holidays,
\n full prepayment may be required.\n <\/p>\n

\n If payment is not received on time,

Liability<\/h2>\n

\n Arena Hostel Hamburg is liable within the legal framework
\n for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.\n <\/p>\n

\n Guests are responsible for damages caused to the building,
\n inventory or lost keys during their stay.\n <\/p>\n

\n Theft and intentional property damage will be reported to the authorities.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n Other arrival times are possible upon prior arrangement.\n <\/p>\n

\n In the event of violations of the house rules,
\n Arena Hostel Hamburg reserves the right to terminate the stay.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Youth Protection<\/h2>\n

\n Guests under the age of 18 may only stay
\n when accompanied by a responsible adult.\n <\/p>\n

\n The accompanying adult must also stay at the hostel.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n

\n Personal data will only be stored and processed
\n for booking and internal administrative purposes.\n <\/p>\n
